Beginning on January 1, 2026, the NJ minimum wage increases to $15.92 per hour.
On October 1, 2025, the NJ Department of Labor announced that New Jersey’s statewide minimum wage will increase by $0.43 to $15.92 per hour for most employees on Jan. 1, 2026.
