Staffing Alternatives integrates Protocall Group under its brand in 2022; Leading New Jersey-based staffing solutions firm grows to 18 offices across NJ, PA and OH.
October 2021 — Staffing Alternatives (SA), the New Jersey-based light industrial temporary staffing firm will integrate the southern New Jersey-based 6-office Protocall Group it acquired earlier this year under its brand, effective January 1, 2022. Bringing Protocall under the SA brand umbrella enables the company to expand its visibility throughout the entire state of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, inclusive of the entire NJ Turnpike corridor.
With just one telephone call to SA, any company in need of quality warehouse and distribution center employees can fully staff their projects and ongoing personnel needs, including those with multi-site locations throughout the region. With expansion now as far as Ohio, SA is emerging as the dominant “one-stop-shop” for quality warehouse and logistics employees. Now in its 25th year, the staffing solutions organization has experienced tremendous growth due to ever-rising demand for warehouse and distribution center employees.
“Our business is one where strong relationships both with our client companies and our employees are absolutely vital,” said Christopher Moyes, CEO of SA. “With a solid operational, human resources and marketing foundation, we have created a culture of trust and accountability that has naturally fueled our growth. Our senior management and branch managers have cultivated our reputation for service and our employees have earned us accolades for their work ethic and reliability.”
As the firm continues to expand within and beyond its home state of New Jersey, SA’s clients, many of which are large supply chain purveyors, are increasingly relying on the company to serve as their total staffing solutions partner. “Prior to our expansion, many of our clients with multi-site distribution centers would call upon several staffing agencies to fill their workforce needs because our reach was limited regionally. Now, we have grown to cover a three-state area with locations strategically aligned to major warehouse and distribution center corridors. As a result, the firm anticipates another record year in 2021,” Mr. Moyes said.
With the popularity of online retail continuing to escalate, SA has experienced an uptick in demand from large and small e-commerce and order fulfillment centers to staff their projects quickly with quality employees. “SA will continue its strategic expansion in the new year to continue to proudly serve our clients wherever they need us and remain their preferred staffing solution,” Mr. Moyes concluded.
